Coaching Options

Single Session Goal Setting:  an al a carte model where we meet for an hour, setting a specific goal for each meeting, and continue to meet as is helpful for follow up and achieving the goals you set. $120/session*

Five Session Packages: this option is best for those who are seeking some consistent support through healing, grief, a major life transition, or achieving a goal that is going to require perseverance and accountability.

We meet for one session every other week, or as works for your schedule, within six months. I am also available to you, within reason, outside of coaching sessions for quick questions, navigating difficult moments, or some accountability. There is the option to extend beyond the five sessions as needed! $110/session* 

     

One Year Subscription: best for those who have a long term goal, are working through multiple life events and transitions at once, are first time parents, are navigating a life transition that involves a lot of change and boundary setting, or anyone who wants more follow up, connection, availability and access to their coach. 

Included in the subscription are up to 3 coaching sessions per month or bi-weekly sessions. Follow up with each goal set, accountability, and check-ins on the non-session weeks. I am also available to you, within reason, outside of coaching sessions for questions, follow up, encouragement, and accountability. There is always the option to add a single session as needed if the monthly or bi-weekly max has already been met! $350/month (best deal and savings!)*

Add-on Packages: perfect for moms or dads who are already clients through FiLumena Birth or FiLumena Bereavement but who want more follow up and support than the standard Doula Package or the typical Bereavement support. Also a great option for couples who need to get on the same page after one of them has been a Coaching Client for a while.

      - Transition to Motherhood Coaching: specifically for first time moms after having delivered. This                       package includes access to encouragement, resources, advice, and specially tailored monthly                     coaching sessions where identity, self-care, and navigating the new husband-wife-baby dynamic are           addressed. This extends the doula relationship into a coaching relationship for a year.

      - New Parent Package: for Doula Clients who want dedicated follow up, access to more resources, 

        advice, mentoring, and support. This package extends the Doula relationship for a year. 

        

      - Extended Grief Support: for individuals or couples who have been FiLumena Bereavement clients but 

        desire more long-term support. Families who have discovered that the loss of their little one has                    brought up a need to heal from unprocessed former grief will also benefit from this add-on.
